Another guard at King County Jail could face sexual misconduct charges
Seattle, Wash. - A fourth King County Jail guard is suspected of sexual misconduct and may face criminal charges. King County prosecutors expect to decide whether charges are warranted in the coming weeks, prosecutor's spokesman Dan Donohoe said.
Three other officers assigned to the King County Jail were arrested earlier this year for possible sexual misconduct or indecent liberties charges for allegations made by female inmates, though prosecutors are still reviewing those cases.
A guard assigned to the Regional Justice Center in Kent faces trial next month in Kent Municipal Court on second-degree sexual misconduct charges.
